Our Services

RMR Water Trucks provides a wide variety of services to our customers all over southern California. Our four major divisions consist of Potable water delivery, Fire (emergency) services, Studio services, and Construction water trucks.

Potable (Drinking) water delivery supplies bulk water to residential and commercial customers that do not have access to public water or a water well. We can deliver on a pre-set schedule or provide water in an emergency situation. Other services include swimming pool fills, fire camp service, major sporting events (spectator/competitor water stations and RV tank fills), and much more. Our delivery vehicles range in size from 500 gallon tank trucks up to 7,000 gallon tank trailers. Additionally, we provide Potable water storage tanks from 250 gallons up to 10,000 gallons for all your onsite storage needs. We are a licensed potable water hauler with the California Department of Health Services.

Fire (emergency) services are dedicated to assisting the U.S. Forest service (USFS), California Department of Forestry (CDF), and various local fire departments with fighting forest fires. We also provide fire prevention and protection services to the construction industry, while construction is commencing in high-fire danger locations. Our equipment consists of 4,000 Gallon 6x6 (All-Wheel-Drive) water tenders that meet USF and CDF requirements, Type 3 wild Land Fire Trucks, Foam Trailers, 500 gallon water trailers, and other specialized equipment to meet all of your fire prevention and fire protection needs.

Studio services include street wet downs, fire control standby, rain bar (sprinkler) water supply, and much more. Equipment available includes 2,500 & 4,000 gallon Los Angeles County Public Safety and Film Unit (PSFU) Approved Water Trucks, as well as multiple 500 gallon water trailers at our disposal. Our studio water trucks are equipped with high pressure water pumps to accommodate the most demanding special effects jobs and come fully stocked with the latest PSFU approved fittings, nozzles, hose reels, and tank mounted water cannons.
Our 4,000 gallon 6x6 (All-Wheel-Drive) studio water trucks are the new standard of the motion picture industry and feature 53” tall mud tires, tank mounted water cannons, remote control bumper mounted water cannons, 6” gravity dumps, color back-up cameras and sensors, and much more. We currently have six 4,000 gallon 6x6 studio water trucks in our growing fleet, giving us far and away, the largest such fleet in the motion picture industry. Additionally, our trucks can also be staffed with “399 Union” drivers that are extensively trained to operate our specialized equipment and we service both “Union” and “Non-Union” TV/Movie Productions. Construction water truck services include compaction and dust control. We offer a wide variety of water trucks including 2,500 gallon conventional, 3,000 gallon 4x4, 4,000 gallon conventional, and 4,000 gallon 6x6. Other items available include 12,000 gallon water towers and 500 gallon water trailers. Additionally, we also offer highway transport of construction water with our fleet of street legal 4000 gallon 6x6 water trucks.
